He has also played a leading role in shaping regulatory practices, notably leading the redesign of the NAIC's 2021 regulatory framework for life insurers' ~$3 trillion credit holdings.

His executive roles include Chief Investment Officer and SVP of AIG Property Casualty, CEO of PanAgora Asset Management, and CEO of Arkwright Mutual Insurance Co, which he merged to form FM Global.
Dr. Shana Levy leads Bridgeway Analytics' efforts to create a resilient work environment. Beyond her role at Bridgeway, she teaches and holds seminars at UCSF and in the community on Emotional Management and Competence, Brain, Mind and Behavior, and Dreams, and runs a therapy-based private practice in Cow Hollow. She is an American Psychiatric Association Distinguished Fellow and past Northern California Psychiatric Society President.
